Organ donation in medical practices necessitates utmost caution, as negligence can potentially lead to the exploitation and murder of vulnerable individuals—often impoverished or minority women—to benefit affluent recipients or unethical hospital-based organ traders. There are reports suggesting that certain Middle Eastern nations exploit this practice by bringing indigent, typically black females to hospitals under false pretenses, subsequently declaring them critically ill and seeking their consent for organ donation due to presumed inability to recover! The case of Patricia Nabukenya epitomizes the horrific reality that demands international intervention.

The issue of organ ‘donation’ should be handled very carefully in medical practice, otherwise it can encourage the killing of VULNERABLE PEOPLE to save the rich or for hospital-based organ dealers to make money.
